AoS Question about the Bloodclaw starhosts heroes

So I wanted to try the Bloodclaw starhost, but I noticed that in the description for the heroes: http://www.lustria-online.com/attachments/screenshot_20160404-152824-png.20282/ they mention the Scar veteran.

I was wondering, would this scar veteran hero (they also mention the one on the cold one and carnosaur) be the scar veteran with the battle standard? https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/AoS_Compendiums/warhammer-aos-lizardmen-en.pdf

 

I believe it was meant to be oldblood on foot.

 

Well the oldblood is listed as the general. If they did mean the Scar veteran with battle standard then that would be really great!

 

I wish, I think it would state astrolith bearer there though. However this could be one of those talk to your opponent things and let them know that due to a discrepancy in the wording you have interpreted it this way. Here is the official word on it:

Is it also allowed to use 3 scar-vet on cold one? (Not that i would but who knows what i could try )
