Seeing as The Mandalorian is turning out to be a pretty solid show (thus far, IMHO), it was about time to create this thread (heavens knows we can always use another Star Wars thread ;)).

With the plethora of great Mandalorian memes popping up, it was beginning to get a little bit tedious placing post after post behind spoiler tags. Having discussions about the show was even worse when trying to reply to other members and ensuring that everything was spoiler free.

Thus we have this newly minted spoiler thread. For this thread, no spoiler tags are required (I figure that the thread title is a bold enough disclaimer). If you are reading through this thread I'll assume that you are either fully caught up on the show or don't care if plot points are spoiled.

    Still reading? Last warning...

Deductive reasoning states that if you have watched the Mandalorian, you have Disney Plus.

Ergo, you have access to Gargoyles...

You haven't played D&D or watched Monty Python, but you should watch Gargoyles...then we can talk about it!

Also, I'm hoping if Gargoyles gets a lot of views on streaming, it might attract enough attention to get a remake. A large number of streamers got a third season for Young Justice.

I absolutely love Gargoyles... except for the very last season. It was one of my favourite shows as a kid. The Macbeth - Demona story line is pretty deep for a cartoon.

Plus... so many TNG voice actors!

neat you know as much as i love baby yoda i was kind of hoping the mandalorien was just going to hand him over and that would be it. just to show how far he was willing to go for his people. that he would literally sell babies to make a better life for them.

But his people didn't want him to do that. They were against him working for the remnants of the Empire.

However the rest weren't. This is why they come out of hiding to assist him when he decides to do the "right thing".

that is in no way clear or stated the reason they help him is because it "the way" whatever that meens, and none of them had a problem with him selling the baby the problem was he worked for the remnants who aren't even the ones they are shooting at.

Yes, but baby Yoda was obviously going to beneficial to the remnants of the empire or they wouldn't have paid such a large bounty for him/her. By depriving them of their acquisition, he is doing the right thing in the eyes of the other Mandalorians. You're right that it isn't directly stated, but I do believe that is the correct interpretation.. When he was going through with the bounty transaction, they were fighting and insulting him but when he changed his mind, they seemed to gain respect for him.
