This is a stupid question, as I think I know the answer, but I assume Chameleon Skinks can set up anywhere on the board 12" away from an enemy like normal in T+T? Can't find anything to say otherwise.

That's the one! Having a 5 player Christmas game this coming Saturday - Skaven, Vampire Counts, Lizardmen and the last 2 will be a pick from Warriors of chaos, High Elves, Orcs and Goblins or Empire.

it was designed for games between 3, 4 or 5 players, and only one would have been the final winner.
when a player takes a turn, it picks an opposing player at the start of each phase to be the ‘enemy player’ for the phase.
Temporary allegiances can be forged during the game, only to be shattered in the following turn (or even during the same one!).
Then, there were "treachery cards" that allow you to perform actions and countermeasures against either your opponent or another player during anyone’s turn.

It’s a fantastic way to play a game if you have an odd number of players, really good fun. As far as PDF’s I’m not sure where to go but the game requires extra cards and tokens as part of the game (which admittedly you could potentially make yourself).

I got my box for £20 off eBay

It is a fantastic book, lots of fun. Will be hard to find that many players these days, but if you can, I highly recommend it.

As per the rules question, you are allowed to, I don't see why not. I don't even think it will be that strong to do so, as you can only target one opponent to actually harm per phase, if the rest of your army wants to shoot at something else they will just be sitting there, twiddling their thumbs. I have found that for that reason you want to keep your army compact when playing T and T, also to make yourself a less vulnerable target, but that's up to your own playstyle.
