By the Old One's will, it is time to for the glorious lizardmen to take Hollywood and force the Great Plan onto the silver screens of the world.

This thread is for the purpose of identifying existing movies which would be enhanced by having lizardmen, or possible future movies which which would be enhanced by having lizardmen.

The questions for you is, Which movies need cold blooded treatment? and How would it improve them?

So as not to shock you all out of your Star Wars fugue too quickly, this is an example:

    The Empire Strikes Back
    and this is why
    [IMG]

Example Two, also not falling too far from the NIGHTBRINGER nut tree,

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Sotek
    because of this scene:
Sallah: Indy, why does the floor move?
    Indiana: Give me your torch.
[Indy takes the torch and drops it in]
Indiana: Snakes. Why'd it have to be snakes?
Sallah: You do know that Sotek is the Serpent God, don't you? You go first.

First person to mention light sabres gets sacrificed.

I think all films would benefit from the inclusion of Lizardmen tbh.

I can think of a few pertinent examples however:

    Kroxigor Dundee.
    2521: A Lustrian Odyssey.
Dr. Strangeslann Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Kroak Bomb.
    Gone with the Wind Blast.
    Citizen Khaine*

*(unrelated, but it was such an easy target).

    I guess I'm out!

Is "Snakes on a Plane" a too obvious of an answer?

Lawrence and the Lizards of Arabia

How great would it be if Lawrence was leading bands of cold-blooded, heat loving lizards on missions to blow up Turkish supply trains?

Oh @Slanputin, my only regret is that I can only like your post once!

    Hmm, lessee...

Jurassic Park? The same movie, but dinos win in the end.

Skyfall. A tale of how Skink Priest learned the Comet of Cassandora.

Eragon. A tale of Oldblood trying to tame his first Carnosaurus.

Disney's Hercules. Just switch the main character into an Oldblood and watch him go beat Beastmen, Dark Elves, Giants etc.

Snakes on a Plane obviously works.

So does Snakes on a Bastiladon, of course.

How would Skinks on a Plane go?

On further thought that should probably be Lawrence and the Lizards of Arabia Araby.

"Cold-blooded Runnings" (Cool Runnings). Picture a group of Lizardmen from the warm lustrian jungles adapting to a freezing cold winter sport!
You can also play around with the quote from the movie...
"Would you like to kiss my (Carno) egg?"

What about My Neighbour Totoro? Then instead of Totoro you could have a slaan (able to cast walk between worlds on his fluffy skink attendants) and then saving the day we'd have a cold one bus instead of a cat bus.

I'll admit it would make the movie a lot less fluffy but I think Totoro really behaves like a Slaan, not noticing things in the real world that are right next to him and making everything better with magic.

How about "Slann Trek"? using Walk Between Worlds to explore new lifeforms and civilizations...going where no cold blooded lizard has ever dared to go!

Hahaha... pretty close... but didn't all the Slann die? Or did a few survive?

What I wouldn't want to see would be the Tarantino 2 movie series, "Kill Bob"

Jurassic Park 2: Lustrian World. In which a Carnosaur is set loose on the streets of Marienburg.
