So I was looking for some more info on a favourite, but illusive old one in google and found this.

Unfortunately I can't find a larger image of this with tineye or reverse eye or even chached, I know it's a tad on the cheeky side, but has anyone seen or know where I might be able to find a larger image size?

    Thanks.

What Old One are you looking for? I don't know any of them but can try help if I find anything - also if you could find the signature under the tail maybe you could trace the original artist?

I college you could just use Photoshop to blow up images big and there was an option to stop it pixilating but I don't own photoshop for like 10 years or more now

That's ok, with any luck the OP will return to DA eventually and re-upload it (I didn't realise that photo is actually his interpretation of a Heliolisk pokemon), I quite like the overall shape of the head and wanted to try and combine it into a LM sculpt.

Could also be for the best that I don't, including Gor-rok (made some staggering amount of progress with him over the last week), I have...er...seven LM pieces and that's not even considering ones I'm pondering over as possibilities (which would increase the list to three Kroxigor, two Slann, one skink and three, possibly four if you include the head design of this one, Saurus).

I am curious about your Slann design as well. I have yet to see a Slann I actually like the look of.

I wonder how hard it would be to blow up the sketch and trace its outline and embellish / restore detail with a new sketch?

I know. They all seem to be obese frogs. There was this really old Kroxigor model on eBay I saw once, and it looked like a slann that had actually stood up and started walking, but it got sold the day after.
    Pity, it looked really good.

@Rikard, the dinosaur you are looking for is called a Dilophosaurus or something very similar. It looks similar to the sketchs head. Try Googling it. tmp_32196-IMG_20160530_100729488142638.JPG

    Any help?

Uh, what's with the fish on that walking Slann model?

I quite like it as a starting point for a concept of a pre-great catastrophe slann, although the head doesn't look like it belongs to the body texture wise. And then there is the nipples and belly button which seem a little... Not froggy.

Well the overall look I was thinking of/going for, was just the generic shape of the head, mainly the top jaw (the ridges around the business end of the mouth and the prominences around the eyes.

I do have Slann artwork, something I stumbled across quite be accident, very different from almost every version of Slann artwork I've seen, yet instantly recognizable as one.

No, sadly. It was a metal one (and now I think of it, it may have actually been a nurgle thing - it looked like it was holding its guts in with a second pair of hands).

Probably the old Nurgle - My dad saved us a box of like really old Warhammer bosses like 1 each and then we went in and traded them in for store value years ago I had a Nurgle I didn't even know :p I wish he saved it for when I was older
