I convert just for fun these days, here are my alternate lizardmen type conversions :).

I call these "Terrortoise" they are converted from Avatars of war plastic dwarf berserkers with sculpted heads and shells and GW weapon bits.

At the moment these are just called Salamanders, Korolon bits from the Urban war range, dark elf shields and spears and Skink heads.

The Naga are pre-painted plastic Nagas both with head re-posed, one with arm re-posed and the tridents were made from an Ogre banner pole and dark elf banner horizontal beam.

Just incase anyone is looking for some different Lizardmen ideas.

...this could be a cool, interesting idea for an army based on the lost city of Chupayotl!

Cool! Do you have a link for the nagas? Might be a good stand in for krox if they're a larger unit.

    Cheers.
Look here: (apologies if you get sent to any SPAM sites, i've got issues with some of the pictures (hacked code linking to SPAM sites) which I don't have the skill to fix, just close them immediately if it happens (seems to be random if it happens at all))
