Using a "dark-grey" then a "lighter grey" seems to work best for highlighting black templar armor, and I have seen my brother use this method for working his wood-elf cloaks. Specific GW colors I couldnt give you though.

Please don't take that as negative criticism on your work, but IMO that thing is hideous. :D

You built and painted it kinda cool though :)

Sorry if I confused you. What I meant is: Stonehorns are hideous beasts, I dislike them in general.
But you did a good job on it. :)

It is like if you were a great musician playing Bavarian Folk Music. You may be great and I might like your interpretation and admire your skill, but I still don't like the songs. :D

With a touch of paint, a sprinkle of flock, and the odd aquarium plant anything can become a jungle ruin.

Maybe if you can sharpen up some of the rounded corners, and get rid of the "tree", "volcano" and "cannon". It'd also depend of other scenery that you'll have going with it.

But this dragon/ crocodile thing could be a good start for a selfmade salamander... and the caveman could serve as an armature for a kroxigor... if the size is fitting...

It's coming along quite nicely! Another good armature for modelling clay is aluminum foil, in case you ever need an alternative to firm board.

    Nice job!

Was the right decision to straighten the neck... looks more wolfy and less gryphhoundy that way...
