Very few wounds on the table sounds risky, make sure you summon some rather early. Other than that... I am not quite sure if the five Chameleons will pull their weight. That can be used to harass, but quite often just five of them will not do a lot of wounds. They can however disturb enemy movement and/or shooting for a turn or two, which might work against alpha strike lists.
In my experience the Trog sadly does nothing but disappoint. I don't have the points in my head, but if you're looking for a teleport alpha, maybe an idea could be to drop the Trog and the camo's for a Stegadon. You can teleport the Stegadon and then use Skink Alpha for a D6 move to make the charge easier. Then you hit the enemy with our only -3 rend attack. That should put the hurt on anything Also, I definately agree with Aginor, you've gotta summon more bodies to the table quickly. Have a great game!
