I like it a lot. Triple Bastiladon seems spicy. If you play Slanless you might want to consider taking a skink priest or troglodon? Just to dispel remains in play spells if nothing else.
the skink priest on stegadon, while taking out the chief, takes you out of the ceiling for heroes. you could play it on foot with a feather cloak perhaps. I find the Troglon useless, considering that dispersing to 2d6 or 2d6+1 makes little difference

Sincerely I believe the first list with only 2 Bastiladon is a bit better. You need that Stegadon. Bastiladon have only a 50% chance to cast his bolt and it’s quite easy to dispel for a caster level 4 in range. So 3 are not effective. Especially now with no close order bonus to combat resolution anymore.
