HAHA! VICTORY FOR BELENTEC!!! Good show. Yah, good point n810. The battle standard is useless if there are no break tests. And you forgot to test for Fear! Sallies are scary monsters, especially to skinks.
I kinda just had the feeling that there was going to be this weird scene later outside a bar where Relentec is casually tossing back his fermented jungle juice and these three skinks come up with bats... "Hail, you three look madder than a carnosaur who tripped had his lunch get away. What gives?" 1st Skink: *palms bat menacingly* "Ya know that salamander ya bashed up this mornin'?" *all of them move in closer* 2nd Skink: "Ya cost us our jobs, ya know. And that don't sit well..." *twirls his bat* 3rd Skink: "Nah. Don't sit well at all...."
Hahaha, thank you for your replies. I forgot about the fear test, and the battle standard is indeed useless, but that's kind of like the funny side of the story. Thanks for your input. I can use it for the next episode.
With the battle standard he can reroll a failed Fear test, so it's not useless If CR was used, he'd get +1 to his CR which meant mighty Benelec won every round and could have broken the Salamander. Which would probably lead to the Salamander getting away. I like your use of stop motion by the way.
