So new to Lizardmen and thought I would get a head start before the new book comes out. I heard fluff wise it was best to stick to blue but just for a little variation I toyed with the crest and scales trying to get a contrasting red to yellow flame look think. Bought these boys on Monday and have blasted though 10 skinks so far with just a little base work to do. I thought to run the paint scheme by you guys as you may have the KNOWLEDGE when it comes to the scaly blue boys, What do you think. http://joeysminimodels.blogspot.com/
look great, personally I am not going to stick with the full on fluff for coloring, etc... but I really like the crest coloring, very nice!

They look fantastic, very well done! I was considering orange for a colour scheme, but thought it would be too loud. Adding a bit of orange to another colour is a great idea. I can't wait to start painting some lizards.
