Hey guys, Just messed around with the warscroll builder and that came out: Slann Starmaster (General) 260 Intelect or Rememberer Scar-Vet on Carnosaur 240 (Because he is cool) 40 Warriors with Spear 360 40 Skinks with Blowpipe and Shield 200 40 Skinks with Blowpipe and Shield 200 4 Razordons 160 Bastiladon 280 With Lazer Bastiladon 280 With Lazer 1980 total Maybe switch 40 Skinks for 10 Knights Maybe switch Razordons for an Astrolith 128 Models, even more wounds Discuss
That's a lot of wounds and shooting, I think that list might do rather well although on first glance it looks a bit like lacking synergies. An Astrolith is very strong but I am not sure if he is worth enough to replace the four Razordons (8d6 attacks!) Might depend on the mission. If you have to spread out a lot then the Astrolith has a hard time buffing everyone.
Hmmm, I would drop the Carny yes he is cool but seems out of place here. I would add in Astrolith and more Razors
If you drop the Carno I would use the 240 points for an Astrolith Bearer and a Skink Starpriest (Starlight and Serpent Staff do wonders) I think.
