    that would mean he cant have both strngth 6 and as 1+.... would love to se a kroxigor hero though...

    +1S sword, Enchanted Shield, light armour = 1+ AS and S6 with 25pts left for whatever :p

    Scratch that, Enchanted Shield and +2S sword along with luck stone = 50pts. At 4W he can take more of a beating than most others. Alternatively just +1S and an Enchanted item since they're rather nifty (+2S, +3I, reroll ward).

    I like the sound of all the different directions we can take him. Exactly what I would want to see in a Kroxigor character. Am I safe to assume that he would have a full 50pts of magic item allowance?

    Any ideas on how many attacks he would have? 5?

    Yes 50pts and 4A. The attacks should be sufficient with born predator and in order keep him reasonable priced :)

    A bit underwhelming. A saurus warrior has 2 attacks, while a Scar-vet does two better with 4. Kroxigor have 3 attacks while the Kroxigor hero can only manage one better with 4.

    At the moment the Kroxigor hero has the same strength and attacks as a Kroxigor Ancient. So essentially we'll be paying for +1 wound, better armour and the ability to take magic items. It might be okay, but definitely not great.

    You're also paying for +1WS, I, T and Ld, magic items and the BSB option. I think it's a considerable upgrade to a kroxigor champion that allow for a heavy duty BSB kinda like the Wight King from VC. If you want you can still build him with high strength in mind and due to 4W he's a great tank, especially if you can heal him back up.

    With that said everything is subject to change, but I'll make the team aware of maybe giving the guy +1A as well.

    Wouldn't you also be able to take him ín a Skink unit, giving him even better defense?

    Oh.. Haha, they have sneaked in +1I on the Oldblood. Didn't see that and I haven't heard them talk about it either. Sneaky sneaky.

    Admittedly you might be correct. I took a look at the Ogre Kingdom heroes and they seem to be on par.

    Just remember tha anything can change just like the stegadon. I do, however, feel the kroxigor hero is rather safe, but we'll see. These things are just to give you an idea of where we're headed. I can't guarantee anything :)

    How about an increased poisoned range or a buff to existing poisoned attacks?

    Example: Friendly units within 9'' have poisoned attacks, Skinks get to re-roll to hit.
    OR
    Friendly units within 9" have poisoned attacks, also get +1 to hit if they are charged (to represent enemy charging through snakes to get to them)
