A Possible Salamander Proxy I found...

Just wanted to share this with you all - I've been exploring a particular company called Dark Fable Miniatures in the search for Tomb King proxy minis as I heard they do some Undead Egyptian-themed stuff, and came across this Basilisk model on their site:


Because of the ridges on its back and its similar size, I thought it would make a possible proxy model for a Salamander for those who aren't keen on the GW models - if you have some spare Skinks you can easily set up some handlers around it, and the eight legs could simply mean that it's a particularly strange subspecies. It's not too badly priced at £8.99, so it's a possible candidate.
