Yeah we will see. Marvel movies are a bit hit and miss for me. It is rare that I completely dislike them, but they rarely rank really high for me either.
I will almost certainly see Endgame, but I’m not as excited for it as for a lot of other upcoming things. I think for me it feels like they exhausted the hype with Infinity War. I’ve barely seen any advertisement for it compared to other things.
Here in Canada, when the pre-sale tickets went became available (a couple of weeks ago), all the movie theater websites crashed due to the volume of tickets being purchased. They stated that they had never seen that much activity previously for any movie. I just hope it will be good.
Two ways to tackle this one... Which 3 would you bring back if you lived in that world and had the goal of defeating Thanos? Which 3 would you bring back in terms of entertainment (as in who you would like present in the movie Endgame)?
Doctor Strange Loki I don't need anyone else Edit: the third one would be Bucky. I don't want Cap to be pissed at me.
I am not sure what Vision is worth without his stone, so... Loki and Strange for sure. And then maybe Scarlet Witch. For entertainment: - Loki (a cool character) - Strange (the one I like most) - Spiderman (he had a fun dynamic with Ironman IMO)

For strategy: Dr. Strange (he knows of the one way they win) Gamora (the one person that Thanos cares about; that could be utilized strategically) Mantis (Thanos and Ego were both shown to be susceptible to her sleep power) For entertainment: Starlord Loki Mantis
I'll see it on the 24th, which is the premiere in Denmark. I'm very much looking forward to it. I just hope Iron man and Thor survives, though the odds does not seem to be in their favor.
I'm definitely going to see it, but I'm not planning to watch it opening weekend. I'm all about cheap Tuesday night movies. I'm also not a fan of super crowded theaters. Which 3 would you bring back if you lived in that world and had the goal of defeating Thanos -Dr. Strange because he is mahrlect OP -Gamora because Thanos has a pyschological vulnerability to her and the Guardians of the Galaxy are worthless without her. -Scarlet Witch because her powers are pretty vaguely defined so they can be stretched to do unexpected things. He’s funny, but I think he would swiftly become very annoying in person. Also, he was responsible for f***ings things up against Thanos in the first place, so there’s no use having him to defeat him.
That's why he only made my "for entertainment" list. In terms of defeating Thanos, nearly every other option would be superior.
Once his relationship with Gamora went from "Will-they-won't-they" to a "canon couple" he sort of became a tool. No one likes losing a loved one, but he was the only character in the previous movie that let his loss paralyze him. They had a conceivable chance of beating Thanos early and Starlord messed it up.
