Probably not going to be much on here for a little bit as I don't have paint.
but I do have a converted skink oracle from the starter box
    IMG_0468[1].JPG
His feathers are from saurus warrior standards and a drum.
The staff extension is from the banner the troglodon comes with.
The knife is from some necron kit.

I run him as a skink starpriest. his greatest accomplishment so far is wounding nagash with an arcane bolt.

    hope you guys like it.
it would be great if there are any suggestions for things to add as i'm kind of new at this.

I think he looks really cool! Do you know what paint scheme you will do? :)

Woot love seeing new people start painting/modeling blogs hope to see all your work...

I like what you did with this guy, I converted my extra priest but I could not figure out what to do with the right hand so I left it bare. Nice work tho really like it

I don't know what else you could do with it...here is what I did with mine 20160325_041404.jpg

    Thanks!
I was thinking of doing a normal blue theme with a purple tint

I didn't really know what to do with the hand either but i found the necron knife laying around in my box and through it would fit really nicely.
Another cool idea I've seen is a small ceremonial shield.

just looked at yours and I really like the wings. They definitely make the model stand out. What do you run him as?

Nice conversion but for me the knife doesn't look right (it's looks too square) I would use one of the champion swords from the warrior kit, as too what else to add, nothing apart from paint maybe go for a similar scheme as my Sunblood, very good work so far and can't wait to see it painted.

I like the idea with the champion sword but I feel like it might look too big on a skink.
As for the paint scheme that's pretty much the theme i was thinking of just a bit less rugged as its a skink if that makes sense.

I was also thinking of incorporating the troglodon spit as a spell but I'm not sure how I would do that.

Hmmm the spit, if you put the wand in his knife hand and then had the spit flowing through his other hand?

This guy looks awesome, maybe give him a lightning theme for his strike against Nagash. You don't want to overload with stuff, keep it simple. There is a lot you can do with the base that will be an add on without taking from the model itself.
