I decided to change some of my models. Basically I wanted all my spears to be the same angle. Just looks better that way. I used my pen knife to start removing arms. Not as hard as I thought it would be. My question is " Will I have to clean up the old plastic glue from the arm and shoulder before I apply new plastic glue ". Thanks in advance for any help

You will get a stronger bond if you clean them up so I would give them a scrap with a blade before reglueing.
