Not very long ago i started collecting miniatures for AoS Seraphon Army. But, because of i live in Russia, i have some problems with some miniatures - i can only buy simple Skinks, Skink Starpriest or Terradon Riders directly, but no priests or chameleons. Also i liked profile of Skink Chiefs in Lizardmen warscroll, and, because of in box with skinks there are parts for 24 models, i decided to make 10 skinks, 10 chameleons skinks, and some heroes from the rest. i also had 10 skinks before, already constructed with javelins, clubs and shields (bought them from one guy). So, i bought rypperdactyl riders box, skinks box, and later skink starpriest. Now I am sitting, converting and slowly painting this little skink tide.

It's my base ten skinks, to show you color scheme of all would-be army.

It's my chameleons conversion. Not painted yet, as you can see.

It's my heroes, constructed from Skinks and Rypperdactyls. In front line you can see two Chiefs (on flanks) and Priest in cloak with star staff. In second life you can see Priest with Priestly Trappings (sitting on a big rock from starpriest), Starpriest in center, and another starpriest, made also by me.

Also i have rypperdactyl riders and 10 skinks, but i haven't constructed them.

What do you think about my conversions and color scheme?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I very much like your conversions for priests and chiefs. Very innovative!

Have you thought about buying secondhand miniatures? It might help you get saurus

Thanks everyone for answers, guys, very nice.

Yes, i even have in my city some guy, that sells more skinks, rypperdactyls, saurus, guards and bastiladon. I think about buy something from him.

Also i already have one box of Saurus Knight, You can see somes part from knights box on these models, and i have a plan to buy start collecting. I will get at once A big carnosaur, The Saurus hero, sitting on this carnosaur, some warriors and 8 knights more. So, i will have 16 knights and it is will be enough to create starlance host formation of three knights units and one saurus on cold-one hero.

Yeap, amost two years passed since first (and last) update, but I actually didn't do nothing. So, here goes a major update of my skink army.
Whole army is aboout 1000 points.

Rypperdactyl Riders and Blot Toad. This squad is called Cetonati and depicted by sun symbols on wings.

Skinks with Javelins, Shields and Clubs, Ocuilin-ce and Ocuilin-ome respectively. Yes, it's not quiet WYSIWYG, but i think, that one javeline, shield and club is a best equipement for field lizardmen aztec warriors -- you throw your only javelin, engaging the enemy, and than attack by club.

Chameleon Skinks, conversed from simple skink. It's two squads: Tepetl and Tlalli.

Skink Priest Teotlalli with Priestly Trappings -- Actually, painted only skin.

Skink Starpriest Xiupixqui -- All feathers are not finished yet.

Trolglodon Kotitl with Oracle Kotipixqui atop it.

Two Salamanders, Rose and Violett for now (i didn't translated names to Aztec yet)

Space for future expansion: 5ed Stegadon.

Also, currently i'am painting Coldone's Cavalry squad from 15 Cavaliers and Veteran on Cold-One, And big box with Skink Battleforce (with Bastiladon) is waiting for me also, so, i hope, it will be new updates next year.

    Army looks amazing! Great work.
But I can't figure out what head was used on the priest with feathered cloak and starstone staff. Quezahuac, I think is his name.
Does anyone know? Would super appreciate it, for my own conversions!
