I’ve wanted to get the spider since it was first released - but never wanted a gobbo army.
But now you can have trolls, gobbos and spiders (in an actual self buffing army) it was a no brainier for me.
It’s a bit of a pain being 300points especially in the trogg army (as they also cost a few points) but the web spinners +1 cast/dispel and 2x spells wins it for me, plus an added bonus of riding a giant spider with plenty of wounds and a little damage support - couldn’t say no.

 

Anyway - I spent most of today painting the 8 legged beastie.

Now to put together the crew :S

Indeed, wanted blue - was going to go all high retail on his behind, but when the grots are on top it would take away from it, so went more basic
