oh so do any of you have any tips on how best to magnetize my units. I have seen a few videos but none of them actually deal with lizardmen. All of them were mainly for Warhammer 40k stuff, any tips would be most appreciatedThank you

Yes your improving with every model, keep at it now and try looking at each model objectively and think were could you improve, and don't be scared at trying new things.

I'm doing 6 flyers and I'm only glazing the body's and wings for shade and highlight but it's something new.

Looks similar to the plants that I use for basing. For bases with such structures like the ruins on the old bloods or priests bases for my taste it looks best like you did it with just one or two smaller plants.

OK here is my first real attempt at a kit bash take at look at my WIP Primal Temple guard, got the Idea from @Craken with the post of the Savage Saurus.

For me i am thinking of them as the First and oldest Temple guards that have bread to protect Lord Kroak, another model i hope to get soon ^_^

First off I want to say I like what you are doing with the little alligator clip to hold the model there, clever!

Second, I think albino would look quite nice! Your first paint job on prior model was good!
I saw you had some concerns with highlights, if you're looking for subtler highlights, a light drybrush will be good
