AoS Escalation league, 1000 points

    So the local GW is holding an escalation league starting at 500 points. How does this list look?

    Shooting plus solid battleline. Any tactics/ counters to this is should be aware of?

    Idoneth, Ossariach, Mawtribes, and a few other elite armies can give you trouble.

    Otherwise, at 500 you should be pretty good. Summoning will be your main path to victory. So keep your Slann alive :D

    Alright, tested it out against a death army and wiped the floor with them. I’m pretty pleased

    you would have more punch but the main reson we are so good at low points is summoning and you could just bring in 3 razors turn 2

    Seeing a trog drop down should be pretty fun, especially the look of horror on my opponent’s face. Your right Seraphon summoning is great at this point value

    or 40 warriors or a pair of bastiladons a lot of our stuff works a lot better at low points

    A block of 40 saurus warriors and a sunblood would be pretty scary to see but I might be facing slaanesh so it’s probably not viable.

    that would actualy do very well agenst slanesh if you brout a priest for reroll saves 1 wound so they don't give dapravity and they could hold down a keeper for 2-3 combats and have a good chance of killing it so not bad at 500 but no don't start with that. focus on taking out the line troops and ignore the heroes unless you can drop them in 1 shooting phase slanesh needs bodies for capture and they have bad armor razors will destroy demonets.

    Luckily behemoths are not allowed right now, for the sheer purpose of keeping the keeper of secrets away. Although now that I think about it saurus and razordons would be a potent combo

    Alright here are the results: Ossiarchs. Ossiarchs everywhere! The saurus had zero chance against their 4+ rerolls or 2+. As we aren’t allowed artillery this week, I had no options. Man are ossiarchs scary :(

    sorry man that's just how things are at the moment i think we might have a chance in the future but at the moment we we don't have the tools or the strats to face them head on
