   Assuming that the Slaughterpriest is supposed to be a Starpriest:
   
   Looks like a casting heavy list that is supposed to throw a those endless spells in the way and softens up hard targets with magic while using the Thunderquake to do the rest.

   I dig it. My Tzeentch list when endless spells first came out had a lot of endless spells and you can do a lot of hurt and block them in with the endless spells.
