Lol, I hope you get it! That's a bit more than I want to tackle! (Though I do have a Skullvane Manse that needs painting up...)
I'd make it a sand castle... the little one is bringing much material home from the Kindergarten these days... summer time!
Oh... yes... like the one time , when I had built a big lego castle for the knight and the princess to have their wedding in... came home from work and found her standing amidst the ruins... her comment: "I'm baking... cake..." that was about two years ago... today she would say something more eloquent... something like: "I destroyed the castle because I needed the bricks to play bakery... and by the way, that's my Lego... I can do way I want." Oh yeah... time flies...
I don´t think I´ll be able to join. Depends on the time the competition is. I also don´t understand very well how it´ll work. Is it that each participant suggests something to build and then receives at a later date something to build from the other suggested terrain? Anyways, could the built terrain features be based on a 40k theme? What I mean is that if you get, say "castle", you can make a fortress/bunker instead.
You can join and yes you get to make suggested terrain and yes it can be 40k, no limits just stick to the theme of what your asked to make. E.g "pond" could be ice pond, lava pond, pond with waterfall, pond with underwater cavern, etc etc
All right then, if I´m able to join I´d be: Name: Jorgik Suggestion: massacre zone / casualty pit / (you get the idea ). Basically loads of dead bodies
That's ages away, give it a week and then do it! If you leave it until August then I'll already be thinking about the display board for Armies on Parade...
I'm going to sit this one out. I already have too many terrain projects on the go and plans for new ones . I don't want to start a random one at this time. However, this will definitely be fun to watch as it unfolds.
Boo! You come up with great suggestions! Maybe you can serve as an advisor to anyone who needs ideas?
I also agree with this. If it's too far off, I'll forget and lose interest. I'm ready to get started! A week seems like plenty of time. We also can do it again if it's a hit.
