Where could I get a cheap Slann (preferably lord kroak)? I have a few battles which I feel my army is underprepared for and I was recommended to get a Slann.
I mean if you don't want to pay the price new, you can try ebay, but finding one cheap is probably a matter of waiting for the right price to show up.
