Amazing and awe-inspiring work
we need you to make a full new sculpt and cast it.
Man this is so amazing I just found this randomly on Google Images while looking up inspiration for ideas to make my own Mazdamundi conversion. I just had to sign up and post here. Love the attention to detail and staying true to the video game version, even down to the shape of the headdress and the handprints on his stomach.
My question for you is how exactly does one make that headdress with green stuff? I have only used greenstuff for gap filling so is such a feat impossible for a beginner?
You can make a headdress using spare parts, although not true to the video game still very convincing.
Oh man very nice. Where do you get those pieces from? I recognise the skull in the centre as a drum for Saurus Cavalry but I'm not too sure on the others.
Mostly bits from the guards set, I guess...
Also, to answer your original question: it's possible to make the headdress from green stuff (obviously... though it's not an easy thing to do)... the trick is to build it up slowly from different layers... going from a rough shape to more detail... also using some kind of armature can help... loops of wire or even some cutout pieces of plastic card (e.g. invalid credit card? )can be used...
Thanks, The main part of the headdress is the stairs from the stegadon kit inverted then I just used bits from the guards/knights kit.
Looks good! Almost like it was designed for this
Based on Google Images it looks like OP actually fully painted this model but it seems he hasn't actually posted the completed product on here, but on other websites instead.
