Hello, I am new in warhammer and Aos, I fell in love with Seraphon and I bought 2 starter boxes that I had painted. Pictures of my army http://www.atelier-alegolas91.fr/2019/11/armee-d-hommes-lezards-pour-warhammer.html and how I carry them https://i.imgur.com/YkWSOtR.jpg With the new book so I left like that : Allegiance: Seraphon - Constellation: Koatl's Claw LEADERS Saurus Oldblood on Carnosaur (250) - General - Command Trait : Dominant Predator - Artefact : Eviscerating Blade Skink Oracle on Troglodon (260) UNITS 15 x Saurus Knights (300) - Lances 20 x Saurus Warriors (180) - Clubs TOTAL: 990/1000 So i have in reserve : 1 Saurus Oldblood & 1 Skink Priest/Starpriest. My question is what should I leave now knowing that I have the monsters anyway and I would not like to buy too many different figurines, i like the new lord Kroak, Astrolith but also Dread Saurian. Thanks for reading, sorry for the mistakes i'm french. PtiThoms
Your army looks really nice, good job! I agree with above. Slann/Lord Kroak are essentially essential.
I would say Kroak, then choose a battalion and build towards that. Either the Saurus one (buy more warriors) or the Knights one (buy more knights). Then you have the starpriest to back up both battalions.
Pretty, pretty nice paintjob! Congratulations! You have a very solid core, I think that wichever the way you expand your army it will be ok. Try to enjoy what you are going to paint. Kroak and Astrolith can never be a bad choice in terms of playing. If you are thinking of expanding and not spending too much, you are alleready pretty close to get enough to use both Firelance and a Sunclaw battalions. Just buy some more troops that fit those battalions and you are good to go to 2000 points very soon.
