Very nice work. I love the freehand painting of the design you have on the hull and on the sail. Looks great!

    I'll tell you a secret

It's a stencil I drew onto masking tape. Haha

Do you mean you made a stencil out of masking tape... taped it on... painted it... and removed the tape?

    Certainly.
    Exactly that.
Spray painted and then cleaned up the edges.

Awesome! That's actually even more impressive than if you had hand painted it... very inventive!!!

I wanted the designs to be exactly the same on both sides of the hull and both sides of the sail.

That would have been extremely hard to pull off with straight up free hand painting. Great solution!

Very nice @NexS1 :):):) It turned out fabulous... even though the Dark Eldar are my former arch enemies (back when I played 40k).

They look awesome! I've always loved incubi. I actually played Dark Eldar back in 3rd/4th edition and used them with varying degrees of success, but the new rules are much better and the models are fantastic!

You must not have played them in the edition previous to current (i think it was a 5th ed codex)
This edition their rules are lacking spice. They have fantastic models (which is really why I started dark eldar), but they don't get any shiny bits like the aspect warriors do (or did in the old eldar book either!) The whole dark eldar book got a nerfbat to the face, though I didn't like the haemonculus unit dealio. Didn't make sense.

I forgot they got a new book for 6th (or was it 7th?) edition. I haven't played Dark Eldar myself since 4th when their codex was 10 or so years old. While I have no intention of going back to them (I had to downsize my collection quite a lot recently) I love seeing what people do with the new models and it's nice to see something other than 9 venoms and a bunch of warriors/trueborn on the table.

The venom spam is still going strong.
Currently, I like to run my huskblade Archon and a court (5 sslyth, 1 Medusa)
Couple of units of warriors, incubi and haywire scourges. Usually drop a jetfighter and a unit of Trueborn in there too.

I've been realising recently that, for tournament play at least, I'm going to NEED to bring in a farseer.... It's disappointing but seems to be a fact of life
