    Hi all

I have just seen one of these bad boys on ebay and as i don't have the GW mini i was wondering how much size difference there is?

It says that it is 12cm high and nearly 19cm long. Is this too big?

Thanks alot, hope someone can help me out.... :)

Is this the figure your referring to?

The dimensions of the model don't matter as much as the base you put it on. As long as he's on a chariot base it should be A-OK in most gaming spaces. Really love the idea!

    Thanks mate. :)

    Yeah, that's the one.

Costs £12 compared to £50 for GW.
Obviously would need to get an Oldblood or ScarVet for the rider but even so, looks the dogs, don't you think?

Just need to find out if the legs would fit on the Chariot base, they do look quite close together....

Ironically, price aside, I'd possibly prefer this over even GW's model :p.

While the latest Carnosaur model is really impressive, it doesn't quite fulfil my 'T-rex / Carnotaurus' fantasy; it looks a bit too mammalian (almost like a hairless, scaly-skinned sabretoothed tiger).

All I want is to have a frickin T-rex in my army. <3 If you chuck an Oldblood on top of that carnotaurus model, it'd look SICK, I reckon. ^_^

Cragglehatch is right. Whilst the carnosaur is cool, it doesn't look reptilian enough. A big-ass dino should set that straight.

I have both Papo dinosaurs both the Allosaur and the Carnotaur will fit onto a chariot base (the allosaurus just barely if you turn him the right way.

I too would love to see scale pics if possible :p. Also, this is a really noob question, but does the Carnosaur use the chariot base? I thought it was bigger than that :p

No scale pics, but the height seems to be 5-7" depending on Carnosaur, Allosaur or T-rex. This puts them at roughly the height of an O&G giant. They are then longer than that by a factor of 3, I cannot wait to get home and model an OB on one of these

Also, almost all monsters in the game use a chariot base (100x50mm) however some use the 50x50 like the aforementioned giants (or the old metal carnie)

Well, that has just saved me £70 for my 2 Carny list!!!

Better than the official mini and good enough to not have to repaint too!

    RESULT ;)
