It's from the Kroq gar upgrade kit with the hand repositioned and the armour filed down.
The arm for the Slann looks great, the scale seems right on!
Man! That looks so sweet! I can't wait to see him painted! His base looks good too!
Thanks, got a bit more done on the arm
Ok so I think Slann is ready for painting,
What do you guys think?
Excellent job on the snake themed Slann. It's going to look amazing painted!
Just don't bring this model on a plane or Samuel L. Jackson will come after you!
...and the Slann said "let there be snakes."
Got the base coat on a few,
Slann priest Orange and Tan,
Carny, Dark blue and white/blue belly,
Skink rider, blue/white when finished,
Ok so Slann is almost done just the snakes to do,
Hopefully finish him tomorrow.
Nice work Crowsfoot! The Slann turned out very well. Can't wait to see him with the snakes painted; the model is going to be excellent!
Great paint work and very clever conversions! More please!
Ok Slann finished, glazed the snakes individually to try and add depth, he looks a bit out of place atm.
As always let me know what you think.
VERY NICE! The snakes turned out very well. That last picture is a great shot, the conversion on the arm looks very natural. Superb!
Awesome work! That slann look just superb!
Really great job blending in that arm.
Can't but echo the others above. Great looking paintjob and conversion so far. I was actually a bit afraid from the previous pictures that the arm would look out of the place but from this angle and after painting you really nailed it and it really looks like a part of the slann.
Keep up the good work. Looking forward for the finished product and the carnosaur.
@NIGHTBRINGER, @The Red Devil, @n810, @Agrem and any more I missed!
Thank you all for your kind words and support your making my return to painting and converting very easy.
