    has anyone ever made, converted or seen a skink chief with cloak of feathers and 2 hand weapons?

    I have one with a hand weapon+shield... Link Link
    Shouldn't be too much trouble doing one with 2 hand weapons... Given that the skink kit, stegadon kit and your average other lizardmen kits featuring skinks come with hand weapons for both the left and right hands. ^_^
