Ok guys here is my Slann calling forth his jungle swarms
No spikes on the underside. Conveniently allows the big guy to sit on the metal Stegadon
Thsnks Jamjar yours aint bad either
This is fantastic! Great looking conversion!
Haha! That's a great story! Also all slanns should be wearing top hats!
i hope to be able to put my slann here some day, but it will be in some time
Here my slann.
Totzro, what is your technique for painting jade? I really like how you have done it. Thanks
Please note, these slann are NOT my work. When my slann is based then I will consider putting my him here amongst this amazing hall of painting awesomeness.
Posting these two amazing conversions here before these two are lost to the ravages of the internet. For your continued inspiration:

Hardcover's Slann with awesome custom made stegadon helm, from cool mini or not:
well this is my Slann Tizoc-Uj, the one who bled from the stars.
At the beggining I was not very satisfied with his colour but not long ago I had an accident with it and that pushed me to fix him, and now he looks better than ever, I must say I am very satisfied.
His colours look like the morning purple sky with stars like constellations and the tatoo of a serpent who its supposed to be Tepok.
I also gave him an Amazon oracle instead of the skink one.
How he used to look before the accident.
Hey guys, this is my Slann I just finished painting. Pretty standard, but I added a crown from spare bits from my Temple Guard kit, just to make him stand out a little. I think it turned out really well, and I haven't glued him to the platform as I intend to make another base entirely from scratch at some point, just to have some options.
This is not mine. I don't own any of the Slann models yet. I found the image while searching for a "standing Slaan".
Very nifty conversion.
Owner must be a member over on Dakkadakka (considering the url).
The turtle Is cool it's a shame this edition comes with the feet stuck to the palanquin make's it very hard to convert it away from its original platform
Hope you like him!
He is an updated miniature, painted him a lot of years ago and when I got back into the hobbyI decided that instead of repainting him I could just add some touches here and there, ended up highlighting the whole model with a final extreme highlight and had to repaint the horns due to them being badly chipped.
