It's one of the banners from the Bloodletters kit with the symbol of Khorne replaced with bits from the Temple Guard and Empire Wizards boxes. Plenty of feathers and totems from the Terradon kit as well! You can kind of see the blurry wizard on his cloud in the top right of the photo, his sprues have been so helpful in my conversions.
