    Comrades. I was thinking all day long to build a Thunder Lizard (from the old bg) for my Seraphon Army. What i have in mind is a sort of diplodocus getting mad!? Any ideas for the model i have to use? ( i use only gw models or auto sculpted parts) my first candidate could be the stardrake. I would be glad to know your opinions

    @Warden found this:

    This is pretty good idea for scale (Huge :p) or just a nice idea for reference - the models I was looking at were Natural history museum long necks - you can get them on Ebay for varying prices but they are collectables - I know they aren't Gw models but they are perfect for the job if you cover them in some green stuff conversions. I don't know any GW model up to the task otherwise really.

    Awesome Artwork. If i had the opportunity to take one of theese Longneck I may try. Maybe with a container of green stuff.

    If money isn't an issue then invest in a toy cover it with greenstuff then make a mould of it then you can make more of it :p

    That's awesome! I wish they would bring back the tiny minis.

    That art looks like it could be done well with stegodon parts and a toy dino.

    Nope, definitely not mine. I found it on google images. I have no idea who created it or what model was used. I just figured it might be useful for inspiration and idea generation.

    It might be a Dewback? You could probably find some old star wars toys online to make a pretty awesome thing like that!

    I've seen it on this forum before I'm sure most likely in a previous Thunder Lizard conversation :)

    It makes a great thunder lizard with the exception of it not fitting the description of the dinosaur but the sizing is great and what you can do with attaching platforms has endless possibilities
