Touching up an old Slann

    Hey there! I have this old Slann from the 90s. Over the last 20 or so years the paint has really worn off despite great care. There are no chips, the paint is just wearing off if that makes sense. How should I go about touching it up? Just painting over everything in the same colour and then washing? I've never done something like this before and I don't want to screw it up. As you can see the black base coat is exposed, no actual metal is showing. I do have the horn that goes on the Slann's right, it just fell off one game when the Slann got knocked over.
