water effects

    how do u use water effects i used the glue and then wat do i do do i paint over it or do i paint the base first then right over it

    if you mean the GW water effect stuff?
    you paint the base first. then add the water effect over the top

    I just noticed an article on using Water Effects in US WD #349 (p.81, Feb 2009). They were still carrying it at my local GW if you're interested, or maybe it's been reproduced on their site.

    ill try im still looking for a cheap camera that can focus on small things any ones do u know of?

    I really like Nikon cameras, and you can usually find one that works fairly decently for around a hundred.
