It is a decent game. Used to be a demonstration personnel for warlord before I switched to mantic
If only it wasn't another game with minis that need to be painted...
That's what commission painting services are for.
Double so if they'll make you cobblestone or brick bases and paint them too.
As a fellow 'nid player, I will tell you that tanks actually aren't all that bad. You just have to think of them as really big lobsters. Once you get through the hard outer shell, you get to eat all the succulent flesh inside.
Hope you feel better soon.
Put my new Shadespire Spiteclaw's Swarm warband together and primed them.
Now @NIGHTBRINGER don't be scared. They are just Blu taked.
Why would I be scared?... I like the Olympics. I'm happy that you based your Tomb Kings on the Olympic Rings!
It's a demonstration piece for textured movement trays for AoS, etc
Well last game I had I got sat on by tanks, either by the tank themselves or the crew jumping out and shooting (Imperial Guard) Hopefully the Exocrine will be useful next time at blasting them to pieces. Kept missing with the Biovore though, although I blocked their way with the spores that missed haha
Boom, finished building the spirit hosts and based them - then sealed the bases this morning before leaving for work. That's dedication.
Almost finished the Terradons. The fire on the Bolas and sone minor details are still missing (and the bases of course).
Blog posts about them soon.
Did a bit of building another Beast of Nurgle using the spares last night, need to carry on today. Also doing another Warhammer project at the moment, it's not miniatures though.
Need to carry on with this Ordinator but got no painting motivation today.
I built 10 warriors, MP hero, Wraith and Banshee last night, nothing now until Monday which will be finishing Maggotkin.
First round of eBay sales have happened and been paid so I am now pondering what to buy next. @Crowsfoot - did you buy the battleforce box for Death, how is it?
I bought 2 Barrowlords boxes which gives you 10 hex/black knights, 20 grave guard, 2 wight kings and at £31.20e from our friend a really good deal.
I then bought the SC Maligants box and a SC Deathrattle and 2 boxes of skelly warriors, some other bits.
Which allows me to field a Legion of Sacrament and a Deathmarch with some bits to add in depending on what we are playing etc.
Interesting, the barrowlords box is pretty good. Trying to decide where I want to go with Death next. Also pondering which Order army I want... I've had an idea brewing for a long time about building a town and fleshing it out with stories told in different ways, but also having stories told from wildly different time periods.
That would mean a free peoples army, which I guess has been coming since I bought those hurricanums last year...
If your building a town look at getting some cardstock models they are cheap and nicely detailed, what I will do is set the ones up I have made so far and take some pics.
I couldn't decide so i've tried to cover a few bases with the models I have.
I love Arkhan so that was easy, not keen on zombies easy again, vampires are cool as, so few of them, the new book gives you loads of scope to buy what you like and play it.
