Love the base and how you have done the jewels, I thought you couldn't paint? Any pics of the wood elf army?
Thank you. I think I can paint to an decent standard, but it takes me a very long time to do so. The jewels were simple, I mixed in a very little bit of silver into the main colour, then put a tiny spot of skull white into the top left corner of each jewel.
She has a bunch of dryads painted, a really old school treeman and some glade guard. They look really awesome, she went for a fall theme on them. I'll ask her if she has any pictures she wishes to upload. Cheers,
Great job! I thought of switching the green and blue and do the hair in a lighter blonde. The base is awesome, is that a beastman skull?
I wish my wife would like to get things like that from me... But she's more into handbags and shoes...
Nothing wrong with handbags and shoes (she says, whistling innocently at the thought of where her own monthly budget goes...) Anyway - back to the important stuff: that's a fantastic paint job! I love the smoothness of the highlights on the cloth... How did you get such a wide range of shades? Lots of careful layers, I'm assuming? Great job!
Great job, Nightbringer! I really like her face! (She's got a purdy mouth.) She actually looks like she's wearing makeup! And the base is wonderful too! Great use of spare bits! I love seeing me some WE! Lets see some other pics of her army!
