Under hills, I think it is the Temple of Skulls. You can call on the Chaos Gods and on a D6 roll of 2-6 one randomly generated characteristic gets increased by D3. (On a 1 they die, with no saves of any kind allowed). I thought it was just for a turn, but my friend figures it's for the whole game. It doesn't say "for one turn" or "for the rest of the game". Help?
I would play it as lasting for the whole game. For few reasons: it doesn't specify a point at which it would cease to apply. So strictly following the wording of the rule, you get the bonus, and at no point in the game is the bonus removed. Therefore, it is permanent. Assuming it ends in a turn seems arbitrary to me, it requires a guess on the player's part (why not a player turn? or a game turn? or two turns? or until the temple of skulls is used a second time?) having it last a single turn does not seem worth risking the heavy price removing the character as a casualty on a roll of 1. For what it is worth, that is how I play it.
Yeah, that's how we worked it out too. Just wasn't sure if it was correct as it is not very specific.
Yes. Depending on how you play it, you can try to have someone else do a ritual there every round, and effects from it should last until the game ends.
...yeah, my wolf-riders need that Temple. Although upon reflection... that is actually wrong. Temple to da Chaos boyz? Dat's nawt propa Orkyness! Is nawt a temple da Gork or Mork, den IT'S WRONG!!!
