There actually are several layers of sepia to try and create a brown for the main body of the guns.
With either a bronze or gold to highlights some metal bits like the muzzle.

But the brown stayed extremely light, no matter how many layers I did, and the camera on my phone doesn't seem to pick it up nicely.
In general, my phone camera isn't great for miniature pictures and regularly highlights the worst in the models, which is mildly annoying :p

Layers of Seraphim sephia for the brown.
    Balthasar gold for the gold

    There's your issue.

Gold works best with a warm brown basecoat.

If corax is what you have to use for the rest of your scheme that's still work-able but you can't use seraphim as a brown replacement.

yeah, mostly it was just an experiment with the seraphim sephia. Which didn't work out entirely as I wanted too.
It looks better in real life though, on the picture you can barely see the difference between the gold & brown bits. In real life it's a bit easier to see.

As for the base. Needed that for the red to work properly

Some kataphron destroyers that are quite dirty after presumably destroying some stuff.

Most of a kill team starterset. Still need to do the orks.
By the way, does anyone know if there's 1 book that actually collects all the rules for killteam?

No, sadly not, they're a completely different system. The previous edition's rules were based on 8th Edition 40K (yuck) and this new one has its own system.

    However...

GW did release a Kill-Team-before-Kill-Team-Existed in the last days of Proper Warhammer, called Shadow War: Armageddon, that did effectively copy-paste the original Necromunda rules:

I am lucky enough to own a copy of this, and if you're a fan of the original Necromunda (as I am) then you'll find it very easy to get into. The only real differences are that models cost Points rather than Credits (but you could consider them 1:1 in value) and Hired Guns (called Special Operatives) are hired with Promethium Caches rather than Credits (but again, one could easily set up a Cache/Credit exchange rate if you wanted to combine the two systems together for maximum fun).

Is it complete though? I thought the books like "kill team:Octarius" contained extra rules for whatever factions are relevant in that particular book. And since I can't find the publication date of the compendium I can't tell if the compendium is new enough to contain all of it. I assume at the very least the new navy breacher and kroot teams aren't contained in the compendium.

Compendium was released right after Octarius, so people with other factions can play as well. Some of teams are outdated there and some are outright replaced by teams from boxed sets.

Octarius has 2022 in the URL as well, so do the other books actually. So seems like that isn't as usefull an indication either :(
God I wish GW organized their updates more conveniently.
