    Friends from Lustria,

My friends and I maded a mega battle 10k X 10k here in Brazil, so I´m posting the link for the photos of this mega battle for you brothers sons of the Old Ones...

I did not played lizard in this battle, as my lizardmen army is not fully painted and we wanted a table with fully painted army.

Maybe it could be a problem because the report is in portuguese, but the photos are good for you to see...

    Hope you like: http://paulocamossa.sites.uol.com.br/WarhammerMegaBattleJun09.html

    Cheers,

That looks like it was a ton of fun, if not a little overwhelming! Uhhh who won? haha, I don't read Portuguese..

Also, Hammerfall rules! I notice one of the players had a Hammerfall shirt.

Sorry I didn´t translate the principal, the game was played with:

    Forces of Good:

    6.000 points of Empire
2.000 points of High Elves - one player controlling
2.000 points of High Elves - other player controlling

    Forces of Evil:

4.000 points of Warriors of Chaos
    2.000 points of Vampire Counts
2.000 points of Orcs & Goblins
    2.000 points of Dark Elves

No special rules, just the rules of the rulebook.

The game length was 5 turns in about 7 hours, we stopped somenthing like a half hour to eat...

    The Result of the Game:

    Victory to: Forces of Good
    With this conditions:
    - 1 objective conquer by forces of good
    - 3 objetcives contested by the two forces
    - 1 objetcive not conquered or contested
    - Forces of Good maded 3358 Victory Points

Looked like a lot of fun, I can't read Portuguese either but the pictures were really neat. I thought a game of that size would take a lot longer than 7 hours but apparently I was wrong lol. Makes me want to play in a mega battle of my own sometime. :D

When you posting a link please use the linkeh button above the text area (when writting) example: with linkeh http://www.google.com, without linkeh www.google.com. Looks sweet, must have taken hours to play :p

hnmm where the wood elves an reinforcement army? because youre not mentioning them ;)

looks really great and gets me thrilled for my upcoming megabattle.
good guys had a hard time at one of those flansk i see where they where really overwhelemed, they played very well then.
    what was your army?

this weekend i will be playin 14k points, with 3 players on each side, each having 3,5k pt and one player having 2 armies.

    ie:
    me: 2x lizzerdman
    tom: empire
    sebasz:High elves

    evil
sayden: dark elves and wood elves
aron ( my lil bro) :vampire counts
    kiev: skaven.

but we are expierenced with megabattles and we made some special rules ie magic, special characters, and monsters ( 4+ wound things/constructions)
and a special deployment ( 2x2 tables, and not 3x1 table)

    Love the pictures :D
That must have taken like, 1/8 off the time :p taking thousands of pictures....
and then writing the report / action with every picture! That's one nice job,
and those army's are nicely painted to get even better pictures ;)
