Does anyone know of a good holder/box for 8th Edition magic cards? I found some on Ebay, but I'm afraid to open them without somewhere to keep them safe (dog eared cards, grrrrrr....) Any suggestions on what you've done with yours are welcome! Cheers guys! LoR
I am not familiar with the size of these cards, but there are a lot of card sleeve options (mostly trading card game size). Funny, In Dutch it is called donkey ears. Grrr, Imrahil
The cards are slightly bigger than playing cards (7.5cm by 11cm) so the normal card deck boxes don't work...
I looked into this myself recently and compared product measurements to cards. So the sleeves and case showed up. The sleeves are a bit too big, but they work. Maybe 1/2 cm too tall and 1/4cm too wide, but like I said it works for what I wanted. The case is okay and (when you take out the middle divider) fits my 8 basic lores, Ogre Kingdoms, Lizardmen, Tomb Kings and the 3 Daemon's of Chaos lores perfectly. If I'd had less lores to store, it would have been too loose. Leaves a 2cm gap on one side, but because it fills it up width-wise it works. Hopefully this helps you @Fitzloq
Glad they're suitable! I did assume they'd be slightly too big but I'd rather that than too tight a fit, especially with the deckbox. I'll get these for myself at some point.
