If a Slann is placed in the second rank of a unit of TG, can the enemy atack him in close combat without base contact? In 6th edition they can..but in 7th I don't see anything that say "the Slann can be targeted in close combat" so...I don't know what to think! xD

Well, the book doesn't says anything about the Slann, but says the kroxigors can be targeted, so I guess that the Slann can't be targeted

The Slann cannot be attacked or attack from the back rank, he only pops out to cast spells, he's not even a large target anymore.

Craken has the right of it. You cannot attack the Slann until he gets in the front rank. Since he floats (to varrying heights) he is usually as low as the guard, and thus cannot be targeted just like regular troopers.

What is great fun, is engagic the unit, beating face with the TG, and having the Slann still be able to pop up and cast magic missiles. Photon Cannon anyone? :D
