Hey guys, what do you think of this 1000 point list? My favourite part of lizard men is all the big beasts and the idea is this list would be a good place to start, be fun to play and still be a bit competitive. Leaders Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur (260) - Warblade Skink Starpriest (100) Battleline 10 x Skinks (80) - Meteoric Javelins & Star Bucklers 10 x Skinks (80) - Meteoric Javelins & Star Bucklers Units 3 x Salamanders (180) Behemoths Bastiladon (300) I was thinking I could swap out the skinks and salamanders for 20 saurus and some Ripperdactyls, would this be a good idea? Thanks in advance.
The saurus would gain more benefits from your scar-vet general. For this list Inwould pullbthe scarno and put in a trog and a skink chief as general. If you don't have those available I would say go for the saurus and rippers.
Thanks for the advice! I really like the troglodon and skink chief idea, looks like i'll be assembling my carnosaur kit as a troglodon (or maybe just getting a second one).
