Ok, I have the general idea I'm going to build off of for my new homebrew faction from Ghur: The Stone People A Neolithic Culture in Ghur that use tribal magic to invoke Ancestor Animal Spirits and stone warriors to aid them while certain bloodlines allow some tribe members to change into the very animals they pay homage to. Ancestor Animal Spirits/Deities: Mammoth, Cave Bear, Dire Wolf, Thunderbird Narrative Hook: With the Ancestor Animal Spirits becoming more rampant and wild the tribes must figure out how to bring back balance as the fate of their very existence depends upon it. They have survived this long due to being able to harness the power of Ancestor Animal Spirits, or what are known as Incarnates to more civilized societies, and able to shield themselves from the outside world by protecting the valleys in which they live. With Dawnbringer Crusades coming from all sides the tribes may fall without their ancestral power to aid them. I have kitbash ideas for a whole faction line but first I'm working on fleshing out the lore for them which i'll share when I have more
