Every game of warhammer is a war of attrition, the only thing that changes is what you are taxing on your enemy. Whether you are removing models or movement your objective should always be to end your turn after leaving with your enemy with less than they started with. This is why skinks are worth so much in our list, they can hurt the enemy in several ways while costing us very little. What are the neat way that you have come up with to leave you enemies with nothing but bad options?

My favorite unit has to be the chameleon skinks. If enough cover is provided in the mid field you plop down small units all over the place in the center. They are too quick to chase down without fliers and too hard to shoot with conventional shooting. This forces your opponent to either nerf their own movement to protect flanks from skinks, or to ignore them completely and put all of their high T units at serious risk. The vanguard denial alone can really mess with your opponents opening moves. Though, when it comes to RnF attrition they are probably best used as sacrificial re-directors.
