Looks great. I don't think carnosaurs are in a great spot though. You could consider switching him for more Knights or more guard or a different hero. I find that against shooty armies, 5 guard will disappear quickly so taking 10 might be good insurance for keeping Kroak around. Chronomantic Cogs is also a great pick for Kroak as otherwise a miscast can put an early end to his magic phase. Also, Arcane Tome would work great instead of Cloak of Feathers in this list. Don't get me wrong, I love the cloak - but taking the tome will mean you've got a tanky Skink wizard for Kroak to channel his spells through via Arcane Vassal. Just means Kroak can stay out of the fray while still letting his Celestial Deliverance have some board presence.
