Hi, I'm a new player and I would like to share my first attempt of a TL list: Seraphon, coalesced Thunder Lizard Grand strategy: Beast Master Battallion "warlord": Scar-vet on carnosaur 215, commander slann starmaster 265, sub-commander spell: stellar tempest skink priest 80, sub-commander prayer: curse 5x saurus guard 115, troop - battleline Battallion "Battle regiment": Engine of the gods 265, commander artifact: fusil of conflagration Skink starpriest 130, sub-commander spell: hand of glory 10x skinks 75, troop - battleline. 10x skinks 75, troop - battleline Battallion "Linebreaker": stegadon, skink chief 305, commander general: prime warbeast - artifact: cloak of feathers bastiladon 235, monster (solar engine) bastiladon 235, monster (solar engine) TOTAL: 1995 points Any advice, critics or suggestions? Thank you
Looks pretty good, similar to a list I'm working on. I'm not a fan of running two bastiladons anymore tho since we can only use the TL command ability once per turn. I'm wondering if the Ark basti is worth trying, they're still very tanky and can hold up enemy units well, and can offer us some versatility with battle tactic bonus points
Thank you very much! Yes, I know I can use the command ability on bastiladon just one time, but I still have 27 attacks... It's better than 18... Unfortunately I put this list in the warscroll builder and it seem it' illegal because of the beemoths: I have 5 and the limit is 4
Hmm we can get you to four behemots without losing one, just throwing ideas out there... You could cut one Bastiladon (-235p) and ten Skinks (-75p) for a Stegadon (265p / Battleline in TL), that would leave you at 1950 points. Cutting another ten Skinks (-75p) would leave you at 1875 points, but you would need to invest your 125 points in a battleline. For 50 points you could get Endless Spell: Chronomantic Cogs (45p) or Suffocating Gravetide (50p). For 125 points you could place five Saurus Knights (110p) to acompany your Scarvet on Carnosaur, or just make your Saurus Gaurd (115p) bigger.
