Looks solid, I have played similar list in multiple tournaments with good results. Ignax's Scales on the Slann will give him a 4+ Save vs Mortal wounds (very helpful vs Idoneth). When in cover on the BwV and with Cogs he will have a 2+ rerolling for his reg save.
i suppose the plan is to wreck the maximum damage possible with the rippers and let the enemy deal with them, thus losin another turn, while in the meantime you push the summons with 5 slots from the Slann. The main problem i can see is if you face armies that can attack before of your rippers (fyreslayers, slaanesh), or LoN (that don't care about losing a huge unit 'cause it just turns back) but otherwise seems good.
