TOW Arcane vassal and Doppelganger & something broke

Hi folks,

First: If you cast Doppelganger using arcane vassal, the attacks will use the profile of the slann or the skink priest?

Second: If someone a wizard lord of the Empire, with the Maze of Helstrum, cast Doppelganger, could him use the second profile of the weapon? Because if it could, that would mean 2d6 F10, each of them doing 1d6 wounds...

for the mace, yes, nothing prevent him from using that profile
