I did not enter the November/December painting contest because I had a lot of things going on. However, I did manage to paint almost 2000 points of Ogres (they still need some detail work and basing). I will post some pictures of them later. The first post is for a model that I have painted for our local club's Christmas model exchange. The person that I was assigned a model to paint for wanted a Mordheim Skaven. The dollar amount was $15. Me, being cheap, I was able to find a couple of skaven models and kit bashed a mordheim model out. I also made a custom mini diorama to go with it. I put it all in an old dice case that I had for a good presentation. Here it is without the plastic case: And one with the plastic case in place: Notice the skaven coming out of the hold in the base. Also, the model is magnetized so that it can be taken off the display base. Sorry about the poor lighting. More to come...
